Dr. Gene Rokytsky is an experienced expert and leader responsible for space technology innovations. In 2017, he co-founded the Space Cluster, which leads high-tech social innovations across Central and Eastern Europe.

As CEO of Dnipro Space Cluster, Gene led the selection of social impact innovations among Eastern European university teams and their presentation in December 2017, as part of the project, conducted in conjunction with the Warsaw School of Economics.

In 2021-2022, Yevgen expands and internationalizes the network of high-tech clusters involved in space technology innovations. The Space Clusters Association actively supports hackatons, student conferences, international matchmaking and high-tech research and development projects.

Last but not least, Gene co-founded and manages several space technology start-ups, in particular the one in Portugal, which develops the reusable green engine for orbital manoeuvres and precise interaction. (placement, inspection, re-phasing etc).
