Luís Segura is a graduate in Tourism Marketing from the University of the Algarve. He has developed his professional activity in the public and private sectors, especially at the management level, and subsequently European funds and tourism.

Currently, in the planning area for the Tourism Region of the Algarve, among others, after passes through the Casinos de l'Algarve and the Municipality of Vila Real de Santo António.
