The entrepreneurial spirit has been a strong driving force in Marta Aragão life ever and on graduation she quickly formed her first company.
In 2012 she opened her second enterprise focusing on digital technology. She is now busy positioning her companies as a single global strategy and communications player focusing on the tourism and travel sectors.
She has particularly been active in the wider language industry both nationally and on a European level. She served for 8 years as President of Portuguese Association of Translation Companies (APET). She is also a board member of EUATC, and she is also a board member the Eulogia, the Europe wide network of Language Service Providers.
From business to lecturing, organising conferences, starting and actively participating in associations and new projects, Marta is actively supporting developing the Algarve Tech Hub Ecosystem, in which she aims to develop further translation and technology projects.
