He currently serves as the Founder and General Partner of Omni Venture Labs, a seed-stage venture fund aimed at modernizing engineering tools, manufacturing processes, and supply chain practices.

Before establishing Omni, Simon contributed significantly to Arris Composites as an early hire, leading their business development from Series A to Series C. His strategic involvement escalated the company's valuation from $40M to $260M.

He spent 11 years at Apple in a multi-faceted role as an R&D leader and technology scout, honing his expertise in manufacturing, product design, and advanced materials.

Simon's innovative spirit is reflected in his portfolio of over 50 patents. As a recognized expert in design thinking and DeepTech entrepreneurship, he often imparts his knowledge at renowned universities including Berkeley, Stanford, MIT, and ETH Zurich.
