Ted holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Irvine, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Has been in the high tech industry for more than 20 years and offers a unique combination of experience in technology development, business operations, consulting, and management. Ted is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner for Opexa LLC, a management consulting firm which offers expertise in designing complex software applications and products, new venture management and executing complex programs or intiatives. Ted is also Co-Founder of the Venture Studio, a firm focused on creating their own startups or commercializing emerging technologies and early stage companies.
